Returns & Exchanges
You may return your product within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked.
Items should be in their original condition and include all accessories and packaging. To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team. Email us at OTM Essentials Support.
Warranty Policy
OTM's maximum liability on any order is limited to the purchase price stated on the invoice. Any claim for shortage, damage, or shipment error must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.
OTM provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser of OTM-manufactured products, warranting them to be free from defects in workmanship. At OTM’s discretion, defective products may be: 1) repaired, 2) replaced, or 3) credited at the lower of the original purchase price or market value at the time of return.
Proof of purchase with date is required. Products returned damaged or with tampered or missing labels will void the warranty.
OTM is not liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business. Legal jurisdiction will be the County of Orange, California.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized repair or installation, disassembly, use of unauthorized parts, catastrophe, power failure, or other external causes.
Certain product types cannot be returned, including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
If the product was purchased from a retail store and is still within that store’s return policy, we recommend completing the return or exchange directly with the retailer for faster service.
To file a warranty claim, contact customer support online or by phone from 8am to 5pm PST at 1-800-9-CENTON to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
